Earlier in his career, he co-founded a strategy and technology consulting firm, which twice landed on the Inc. 500 list as one of the fastest-growing private companies. Cary’s educational background includes the University of Virginia and Harvard Business School. He lives in Winchester, Massachusetts with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Ethan and Eva.
